We participated in the Sustainable Mobility Think Tank organized by Murarte

We attended the Think Tank “Towards smart mobility: opportunities, challenges and CAEs in the New Law” organized by Murarte Global and Aon, where we had the opportunity to share about the Work Transport Plans that we developed together with our office clients to promote more sustainable, collaborative and efficient mobility.

David Moreno Montejo, Senior Asset Manager of MERLIN Properties, also commented on the agreement reached between MERLIN, the Madrid City Council and the Regional Transport Consortium to build the bus lane on Avenida de Burgos, recently inaugurated: “It is a clear example of how public-private collaboration drives urban development. This initiative not only reduces travel times, but also makes public transport a more competitive alternative to the use of private vehicles.”
