We started work on our Liberdade 201 building, a key project on Lisbon’s Avenida da Liberdade.

At 30,500 m², this building will combine flexibility, natural light and efficiency to deliver world-class office space, setting a new standard of excellence.

After the refurbishment, it will have a state-of-the-art auditorium, catering, gym, exclusive rooftop and advanced technology, creating an innovative work environment that combines comfort, energy efficiency, contemporary aesthetics and user experience.

This design has been conceived by the Broadway Malyan architecture studio and the project will be managed by Engexpor.
